Genie Plus Not Available to add at midnight?

I have an annual pass I just picked up today. The rest of my family has tickets with genie plus pre purchased. I went at midnight to add genie plus and there isn't an option at all. I saw it for yesterday. We are checking in to our resort tomorrow and stayed outside of the world tonight. Anyone else know what's up with this? I'm worried about booking my first LL tomorrow at 7 if I don't have genie plus but my 4 family members do.

I agree with the PP, do online check in. I also have an AP. On my trip a couple of weeks ago I had one night when the Genie+ buy for the day option didn’t pop up until about 12:30 or 1:00 am. You can also buy it in the morning before 7am and be ready to make your LL at 7 on the dot.

So this hasn't worked a single day of our so far 6 day trip and It has refused to help me. They basically act like I'm too stupid to use my phone and keep telling me to reinstall my app. I've missed out on lightning lanes several days for popular attractions because I have to buy it after 7 am.

I’ve been hearing this as well. Annual pass holders not being able to purchase Genie + until 7am (or later) while on property which is a huge disadvantage. I’m staying with 11 family members who are not pass holders in a grand villa next week and I’m worried I’m going to be left behind the first genie selection. Any luck figuring out if this is intentional?
