Genie+ Modify error - need help

Today was my first time using Genie+. We were at Magic Kingdom, and whenever I pressed on the 3 dots and selected modify, I got an error message. All day long, at least half a dozen different attractions that I tried, I was never able to modify. Any fix for this issue?

I bought Genie+ on my account, but my wife made the first LL selection on her account. I ade every subsequent LL reservation. Our accounts are linked, but thats the only out of the ordinary thing I can think of that might have caused a problem. Restarted my phone, but that didn't work. Just don't want this to happen again tomorrow.

Sorry no real help from me but if it happens again go to one of the guest services blue umbrella stands in the parks or to the actual guest services place and see if they can help. I wanted to give you an option to get help since no one answered you.

Most posts I've seen recommend only using one account for a family. I'm not sure if this is why, but Genie+ should re-set each day so hopefully that should have fixed the issue if it was caused by the two accounts.

The issue happened just on my phone until I uninstalled and reinstalled the app, which fixed it.
