Hi everyone! Just back from the Disney store and had some questions. I was just going to buy a four day pass and then upgrade to parkhopper if we needed it. Disney store said that you cannot upgrade to Parkhopper after you have purchased your ticket so I didn't want to take the chance and went ahead and bought the Park Hopper. I am sure that we will use it, but I could have sworn that I read you could add this on.

I also bought Disney Dollars and asked them if I didn't spend them all if I could trade them in as long as I had my receipt before we left WDW. They said absoluletly not. No refunds! Again, I am sure that I will use all I bought but was sure I had read that you could trade them in.

Am I Crazy?

I am a manager at a Disney Store and yes you can exchange them for cash as long as you have a receipt.We can not do it without a receipt. If you have a problem just ask for a manager. As for adding a park hopper option I know you can not add later at the store but I would think you could add at the park (but I am not certain)

Right. It can be added at the park.
