General Codes?

Are the general public codes usually released at the same time or after the AP Codes?

IN the past it was right around the AP codes, but no codes were ever released for April to July this year. So I don't know if they will have any for JJuly or Aug. I ended up buying an AP because it was worth the money I saved.

Seeing that the AP rates are similar to the rates for April - July 4, and not too much better than AAA rates, I don't think I'd expect to see general codes...
