"Gels" (Dr. Scholls)

Hello, Trying to avoid the dreaded sore foot problem while at the World. Have any of you fello Diser's ever tried the "Gel" inserts from Dr. scholls

Hi! I've used them in my work shoes (I'm a bank teller) and to tell you the truth, my feet still hurt... I've heard they are fantastic, but for me they just didn't work.. Good luck!

I use them in my work shoes also, and they help with those (dress pumps) but not really that much. I don't think they'd make much difference at all in tennis shoes.

DD has heel cord contractures and her feet and arches become very tired after walking the parks. Her physical therapist recommended we put these in her shoes before the trip and DD said they really did help. It wouldn't hurt to try.

I tried a pair in some work shoes. I did think they felt good on the bottom of my feet, but the extra padding made my shoes too tight on the top.
So, I'd suggest trying them out ahead of time in the shoes you plan to wear.

I LOVEEEEEEEEEEEEEE MINE......I had gone to a doctor with a heel spur...I was sold a pair of $50.00 inserts...feet still hurt..I bought my GELS and I will NEVER be with out them,,,,my feet use to BURN after a full day at the parks,,,,,NO MORE...
I know every one is different,,but they are worth a try..they did wonders for me! HAVE FUN!!!!!!

I wondered about this. It does seem like adding plastic to the inside of your shoes would add to the hot sweaty feet problem.
Good to know before I went out and bought them.
