I'm been thinking about getting gel inserts for my and my kids' shoes for our upcoming trip.
Anyone use them? Like them? Hate them? Suggest a brand?
thanks!
I'm sure that most people don't have this problem, but mine caused me to get blisters. I have very flat feet, so I guess that could be the reason. As the gel moved back and forth when I walked it caused my shoe to slip just a tiny bit, but that was enough to cause blisters. I've never heard anyone else with this complaint, so I am probably the only one!
My DD has the Dr Scholls gel inserts in her shoes and they seem to be helping quite a bit!
I do want to point one thing out I recently read on the TSA web site.
If you plan on flying, gel inserts are on the 'not allowed' list of items to be brought on the plane. So make sure you pack your inserts in your suitcase.
