It's so hard to get the kids up for school when it's still so dark out. Even my dog looked at me rudely for waking her up before going back to sleep.

Hey, I"m not talkin' to you! I just noticed on another thread that you're going to Disney this weekend. Were you going to tell us you got a life, or just leave us here with no word and disappear?! I'm very jealous and hope you have a WONDERFUL time.

I must preface this by saying DO NOT HATE ME.

I go just about every weekend. We live close so we head over for awhile each weekend. Sometimes we stay the whole day, sometimes not. But this coming Saturday is a whole day because we're taking two kids who have never been before.

I would never hate you. I'm just jealous because I have to wait another 5 months, 3 weeks and 1 day until I get to go "home" again. It sounds like a great time, especially given the fact that you get to take two newbies. Just went with my mom this past summer, who hadn't been there since 1980. It was wonderful to see it through her eyes and it all seemed new again. We're going back again this summer for another 3 generation vacation (me, mom and DD13).

Enjoy yourself this weekend and forget all about us (until Monday anyway!)

So I applied for a job on the internet before we traveled. They called me the day before I left for vacation to interview while I was in town. I was offered the job before I left to go home. So after living my entire life in the Buckeye State, we moved to Florida and had three weeks to make the move.

It was stressful at the time, but I love my job and I love living here. I'll have to meet up with my fellow no-lifers when you guys visit WDW!

Actually Dising helps me get my housework done. I clean, I Dis, I clean, I Dis and before you know it....the cleaning is done. But the Dising will never is.

That's a great story. You're so brave; I could never just pick up and move. I guess it was meant to be because everything just seemed to fall into place.

Have you ever met up with an DISers before? I went nuts getting my LGMH from Home Depot before my last trip. Put them on my luggage, purse, etc. and when the time came, and I saw another DISer or two, I chickened out and didn't say hello. Funny thing is I only noticed one. My DD is the one who kept pointing them out to me. I just felt like a weird stalker approaching strangers and saying hey, I'm a DISer are you?
