I walked 3 miles yesterday btw. I did mine outside though, part of it with the nekkid dogs.

No UFO's today -- rather uneventful -- just the way we like it!

I, too have been doing my walking. About 45 minutes at lunch each day and another hour or so each night. Sunday I actually walked 1-1/2 hours on my treadmill. Unfortunately, my new ASICS have given me a HUGE blister on my foot, but I'm not letting that stop me. I'm going out walking at lunch but I won't be able to walk tonight because I have to work until 9 p.m., so I won't be home until close to 10 p.m. I guess that's a good thing for my blister.

Animal Crossing is a cute video game where you travel from village to village collecting things and buying things and furnishing your house. Like what you son must be doing with your new purchase!

Oh good thing I don't have a wii then. That sounds addicting. And much cheaper than the real house collection thing is going. However, I'm mooching off of relatives and friends and have come up with an interesting collection of unwanted stuff to hand off to my son. Yesterday, he got a 100 ft garden hose. This house is only 1400 sq ft. This is one long hose. The day before that I got a fake Christmas tree for them. Not much furniture but they'll be able to sit on the floor and admire this tree.

Our busy season is starting here at work too and the long hours have arrived. I don't enjoy it so much anymore. I feel like I need a nap mid day.

I sat till 2.30 on Sunday night fishing with some wifey from Kansas !!


I changed my wee lassies hair yesterday and it turned out GINGER !!

no offence meant to ginger folks..

I was upset about it all day.

Changed it first thing this morning to green...very cool.

OMG...I think im losing my mind.

I only tiz over planes, not Swine Flu. I figure I work in NYC, I'm exposed to all kinds of stuff on a daily basis and, overall, I'm a relatively healthy person. Hopefully my next post won't be from home where I'm recouperating!

Hi all, glad to see so many of you no lifers show up today. And scotlass, glad you had time to tear yourself away from the wii to post. I have a compulsive personality so I have to stay away from those things.

I'm a bit concerned about the piggy flu. Starting on Saturday, we will be hiring thousands of seasonal employees, almost all of them are from Mexico. My immune system has been carp ever since I finished chemo and I catch everything. So for the first time since I've been here, I will not be here this Saturday and my staff is going to have to do all of the work without me.

I'm not running out to stock up on groceries or anything but I am going to try to avoid so much direct contact with people who were probably in Mexico earlier this week.

Anyone want to trade jobs? The pay is good.....
