GDS Promo at S/D

I, like many others, have been watching for the teacher/gov't discounts at the S/D. While they aren't yet available for next summer, there is a "gds" promo which isn't too shabby. I booked the Swan studio with it and got a $244/nt. rate. When/if the other discounts come out, I'll switch, but I have a rate I can live with at least!

ETA: It looks like this promo might be Swan only.

Can you tell me what "GDS" is? A code? For anyone? I'm a teacher and an AP holder and am weighing possibilities. I'm not sure what my best deal might be.

I found the "gds promo" on spg.com. I called to ask about rates for the Swan Studio using this promo, liked it, and booked it. Hopefully the teacher rates will come out soon and I can change to that (assuming it will be a greater discount).
