you have to pay by the page online so depending on what you're after, it can get expensive quickly; if you go in person, you can see any number of deeds for free but I don't know exactly how that works (give you print outs? some computer terminal with unrestricted access? can you copy physically or electronically?)
I'd like to catalog the VGC deeds at some point so might need to take a trip to Orange County California ...
I’m a huge tool and I have a thing for DVC deeds ; plus it helps me wrap my head around how DVC works a bit more (how many owners, how much each owner has, how often things get resold, etc.)
