Critical Point: Connecting not Adjoining Room!
You need to figure out what bed configuration you want and ask what is available for the one bedroom suites. I was considering the suite last weekend and opted instead for two connecting rooms because 1) at AP4 rates, two rooms are cheaper and 2) having 4 queen beds total was better for my party than having a queen/sofabed combination. I'm not sure about whether concierge is included but no one mentioned it being included when I spent an hour discussing my room(s) with a CM last week. (I booked last minute).
If you do opt for connecting room - make sure that you call the hotel's front desk a few days before check-in to ensure that the room planners are made to understand that this is a top priority for you. It is not guaranteed but you can stack the odds in your favor by being politely proactive.
