Are the premium view cl rooms on floors 5 and 6?

Do they all have balconies?

Have any of these rooms received the room refurbishment?

What are the chances of getting a park view?

Do they have champagne upon request at breakfast and afternoon?

WDW mom would appreciate any other helpful info. Stayed at DLH cl last year but that is it.

My answers are unofficial, but should be accurate

Are the premium view cl rooms on floors 5 and 6?

This is generally true. The lounge is on the 6th, with a stairway just outside the entrance down to the 5th.

Do they all have balconies?

Yes. There are 6 courtyard view rooms above the monorail without balconies.

Have any of these rooms received the room refurbishment?

Unknown, but unlikely.

What are the chances of getting a park view?

Premium view combines Park and Pool views, and there are more pool view rooms. There are very few 6th floor Park view rooms, since most areas facing the park only have 5 floors. The pool refurbishment is ongoing, so for now Pool view is not really a "premium" view.
