I prefer disney hotels because of that special feeling you get from them but Gaylord is the one hotel I make an exception for. This is an incredible hotel and you will really enjoy it. There is one bad thing though. They have a godiva chocolate shop in it and that has caused many a pound to be added to my girth.

Don't forget the Ben & Jerry's too! It is a gorgeous resort with a convention center tacked onto it. There is a computer with internet in your room, a fridge, and sometimes a balcony depending on where your room is. The atrium is beautiful, complete with a castle, waterfalls, and gators! The restaurants are awesome, there is something for everyone. I reccommend eating at H20 bar and grill. They also have complementary transportation to and from all the theme parks in the area and it's just a hop skip and jump away from the Disney main gate. Hope you enjoy it!
Has anyone stayed in a Florida view room there? Do those face the outside parking lot and is it a bad view? I've never stayed there b/c I've always found it and their restaurants too expensive for my little wallet but I did go to ICE! there in '05 on my honeymoon. It's a gorgeous resort.
