Gay Room in Vmk

Sorry if this is the wrong place for this thread.....
I found it interesting that a "Boys who like boys" room appeared on VMK. Quite honestly I figured it was just a matter of time with all the "taken" rooms. It was also interesting to see this room made it to the top of the list and was less of a taken room, but more of a support group. It was also nice to see that the staff did not shut down the room, but instead instructed the room owner to feel free to boot any rude players that might lurk about. Kudos to the staff!

oh yeah, then there was the:
boys who really like boys
girls who like girls
boys like boys, girls like girls


..rooms.


..and the next day was all the anti "boys who like boys" rooms. craziness I tell you. I was talking in front of an anti "boys who like boys" room and the room owner cut me off!

I was in that room! Nobody really talked about Family Values but we did play around with some of the bugs with magic pins.

I was also in an anti-boys who like boys room and it was highly God-oriented. Room owner allowed ppl to come up and speak and when it was my turn I mentioned how God loves all of us and not just him (walks to another person) or him, or him (etc..) and how God died for all of us and again, not just for a few people.

The room owner abruptly cut me off and said "Ty Miss, you can have a seat now."

before I left I mentioned how being respectful of others and their beliefs is a VMK value.

I agree. People take the game too seriously. It should just be about having fun. I just can't stand when people get together to hate any group no matter what reason. Except for when we get together to hate "Flock of Seagulls". Then it's ok.
