Gay days - when do they release the park schedule

I'm trying to plan our sit down meals based on which parks we will be in on certain days and am wondering when the schedule of which park for which day is usually released? We are not specifically going for Gay Days, it's just when my family has time for a vacation this year. But, I would like to have at least one park day align with our schedule, as I think it would be a cool experience. Thanks!

It looks like Saturday, June 6 at the MK will be the biggest day.

Thursday is DAK
Friday is DHS
Sunday is Epcot

The schedule is the same each year working around the first Saturday in June being MK day then following in the order listed above.
