does anyone know which parks the large crowds will be on which days?

You will need to check both site's schedules AND the complete calendars if you want to avoid the crowds because they have activities scheduled at parks AND resorts.

I think the general consensus is Saturday 06/04 for the MK and Sunday 06/05 for Epcot.
