I had a favorite pair from 2 years ago.

A guy and a girl were holding hands as they walked around the park. They looked like your typical wholesome straight couple.

The shirt on the girl: "He's not my boyfriend, but you can be."

The shirt on the boy: "She's not my girlfriend, but you can be my boyfriend."

I saw them!! He had the greatest hair! I think his shirt was pink too wasn't it? Or was her's?

There really are some great shirts. "I can't even think straight" was one of the best, that along with, "G-d Save The Queen." I really liked that one too.

Oh and Chick Magnet! LOL.

I defintely am coming down for Gay days for the main days but is it worth either coming down on the 31st of May (Monday before the events start) or staying a couple days after everything ends? Suggestions are appreciated! I have a PAP so extra ticket cost is a non issue.

I would say go for it. That way you can focus on the parks for a few days, and then focus on the parties!!

DIS people staying at the host hotel will be a good excuse for CanadianGuy and I to drop by for the pool parties too

I would say ago with some days at the end, or after the Gay Day weekend. That way you won't run into those Memorial Day crowds. You KNOW how THEY can be!

A few days after will be a touch quieter, but not so much as to be boring, and you'll see some of us still lingering too. Loads of families make it week long vacation anymore.

Yup, I'm biased because I try to plan my annual trips around my birthday (and GayDays) -- so nice of them to schedule GayDays almost always around my birthday. Very convenient.

But it is a very good time. Last time I went we had a posse (a full out posse!)... lesbians and gays..

And we would meet up in the parks and just had a blast. People would join us for a bit and then split off to an ADR or whatever. The group was always changing but always fun.

So yeah, I'm biased - cause it's truly a unique experience. I wasn't sure the first year I went either.. but I'm sold now for sure!

So amazing to hear. When you live in Kentucky its hard to imagine that is possible anywhere outside of a gay bar.

I think after discussing it with the boyfriend and our two lesbian friends, we are going to look at June 3-10 that way we're at least there for most of it.

My husband and I will be down there at the same time!! We are 3-13th. We love Gay Days. It is a wonderful time and everyone is so accepting. I hope you have a blast!!!

Rosie, if you want to enjoy a few quieter park days ("quieter" being a relative term) you might prefer to go the 3rd-10th since the 7th-10th should be pretty tame.

My high school graduation gift is going to be (most likely) a trip to Gay Days with my GF (we'll be together for about 2 years then?), and I'm so excited! My mom's been talking about it ever since she found out about Gay Days.

My GF is taking a trip to FL with us over the summer as well (which includes Disney, of course), and although she has been to Disney before, she went with her school, therefore leaving her with a bad impression of the place.

Even so, she hasn't done Disney my family's way, so she's going to be in for quite a trip. She's not exactly thrilled, but my mom is determined to change her mind about this magical place of fun and wonder.

I'm so excited! This will be my first gay days at WDW anyway. I'll be going with my cousin and her gf. Leavin' hubby home and making it a girls week! I'm staying June 1-8. I'm on assignment doing videography and travel writing for the week.
