Interesting - I don't know exact square footage but Animal Kingdom always feels the largest to me, after Epcot. MK and HS are smaller by far.

If you count the full footprint, AK is the largest park by size but that's because the animals have a very generous amount of room. I've never looked into who had the most guest walkway space but I would say AK is not the largest (HS is the smallest at the moment). Also MK probably has indoor queue room for half the visitors so that also plays into how crowded it really feels.
