We really enjoy Gatorland and the gator wrestling may not be what you have in mind when you think of 'wrestling'. Actually, the Gatorland handlers are extremely consciencious about the gator's comfort, natural tendencies, etc, and they don't (in my opinon) exploit their animals. It's a very naturalistic park, definitely low-tech, and a wonderful afternoon out, especially if you love gators. Talk to some of the handlers and I think you'll be impressed by their passion for presenting this amazing reptile in the most natural atmosphere possible.
If you have been to SeaWorld and are offended by the way they take natural behaviors and show them in a 'big presentation' format, you may find Gatorland offensive. If you enjoy seeing natural behaviors presented with great respect for the animal (or gator!) involved, I don't think Gatorland will offend you.
Just editing to add, the 'jumping for food' behavior is a natural one. I personally don't see it as being any different than giving a Polar Bear a block of ice with a herring frozen in the middle, or giving an Elephant a ball to roll around. It keeps their instincts intact, gives them something stimulating to do and prevents some of the problems we have seen in zoos over the years, when animals are not given the opportunity to express their instincts in an active way.
