Gatorade on Disney property?

As some of you have seen, I am coming to Orlando from Mexico after visitng my brother. I am going to try to carry on all my luggage on the plane and so I will not be able to bring my Orange Gatorade with me. Does anyone know if at the resorts or anywhere they have gatorade for purchase. I don't particularly like the Powerade they serve so am hoping to be able to find gatorade.

I will look for it at the airport before I board the magical express too just in case I can't find it on property. We won't have car so I can't really drive to the store for it ya know...

Hey Stacie--I don't believe you can buy Gatorade products at any Disney Resorts, or Parks. I believe it is only Powerade.

You may be able to get it at the Hess Station near the Boardwalk. You could take a Disney bus to the Boardwalk and walk over to the Hess station. We walked over there when we were staying at the Boardwalk and it isn't bad.

Stacie - I'm like you, I have to have orange (or lemon-lime) Gatorade. I was planning on bringing mine anyway, so I can put a couple of extra bottles in the car since we're driving down. Are you gonna be at the POP meet on Friday? I can bring them there in case you haven't found any by then.

I don't think you would be able to find it at the Hess station by MGM either. Any of the stores that I have stopped at in the "immediate" WDW areas have Disney "banned" items. I remember stopping looking for the orange Mt Dew (they don't sell it by me but they do sell it in the Orlando area) since WDW only sells Coke products the gas stations didn't have Mt Dew. I prefer Coke products otherwise - I just have to have that Dew.

Another option is to buy the powdered kind and bring that - I would suggest putting in a smaller container as the big container of it is heavy!!!

Good point Tricia, I didn't think about that.

The other thing I just thought of is that they sell packets of powder around here, enough for one water bottle. You may be able to pick them up at a running store, or just buy a big container. Although, I am not a big fan of the powder style, it just never tastes exactly right to me.

That is a great idea! DH can't tolerate Powerade, maybe I will suggest this to him.
