Gated resorts with at least 3 bedrooms?

I'm trying to find either a condo or a villa (with private pool) on a resort that has good facilities (zero entry pool and splash pad for the kids) There seems to unfortunately be a lot of resorts that have gone downhill recently (even some of the newer resorts) and I'm now drawing a bit of a blank. Can anyone recommend anywhere decent? I'm not interested in staying anywhere near Hwy 27 as we just find it too far from everything now. Thank you!

Thank you, I have stayed here previously and loved it but apparently it's really hard to rent through the owners now.

You can still rent WBC. There are six 3-bedrooms listed on Redweek.com right now.

Reunion Resort also offers three-bedroom condo-style units.

Margaritaville Resort offers 3-bedroom cottages for rent.

We love Windsor hills and have stayed multiple times. They have everything you mentioned!

I'll second (third) Windsor Hills. We've stayed there several times, most recently this past summer.

I'm late to the conversation, but if you haven't taken your trip yet, I would also vote for Windsor Hills. It is so close to Disney and checks everything on your list.
