Gate-checking stroller?

Does anyone know of any differences in the procedure for this with the tightened security measures. We'll be flying SWA from Albany NY to MCO in mid-October. And then home from MCO.

I had the same question and called ATA yesterday. They said gate checking strollers is still o.k.
