GAT ticket redemption

Ok had to do that..
Anywho...
I bought our park hoppers from GAT. We are arriving Sunday but won't go in the park until Monday. Can we go to the gate Sunday and show our ID to get our tickets a day early? I was trying to save us some time Monday morning because we have the 1st seating for Minnie and Friends and the CM at reservations recommended us getting there early so we can get right in and over to Plaza Inn. Thanks!!

Absolutely! You can pick up your tickets on Sunday and then begin using them on Monday.

We always book through GAT and get our tickets the night before. Just make sure you have your ID and (I believe) the credit card you booked with. Are the tickets in your name? If they aren't send the person who has them in their name to the "ticket huts" to retrieve your tickets.

Maybe we'll see you there. We'll be there the 22nd-25th.

I just added a person onto our pile of tickets through GAT and when on the phone with them I asked if I could pick these up the night before and she said no problem but that she would need to change the date in the computer so that they would be available the day before. I don't know if that is really true, but you might want to call GAT and just change your date up a day just so you don't waste a trip to the ticket window and then have a small anxiety attack when they can't find your name, which is something I would do

We just picked up our tickets when we arrived last Sunday. One thing that is good to know: You can go to the guest services window to the left of the DL turnstiles, as well as to the ticket booths. The ticket booths had horrible long lines, but there was only one person ahead of me in line for the several guest services windows that were open. Much faster.

I think they can find your ticket whenever. At first they couldn't find mine, and I was trying to breathe, but they found it eventually. The dates for our vacation were down as being way back when I booked it in May. However, it doesn't matter; you've paid for tickets that ar valid until January 5th or whenever it is.
