GAT Character Dining tickets

Has anyone purchased dining tickets through getawaytoday? Fine print says tickets can be picked up at ticket gate. Is that the ticket booth or the turnstiles? Is there usually a wait at the ticket booth? Wondering if it's worth buying through them. TIA!

When I got mine last year they sent the tickets to me in the mail. I bought my park tickets through them at the same time and received those in the mail as well. You could maybe call and ask them if you could get the actual ticket.
