gastric bypass/ band

hi i had a gastric bypass in april and will be visiting wdw in 10 days time . i now have no appitite i was wondering wound it be acceptable to share an adult meal with my 5 year old daughter in a table service resturant in or outside disney. it would be such a waste of food and money bying two meals as i just couldnt eat evan half and adults meal. we have decide allready to give give the all you can eat buffets a miss.

no we decided against going on ddp, because of the bypass no piont torturing myself. ive lost just under 10 stone in 6 months and still losing. tbh i struggled the other week to eat a mcodonalds cheese burger from the pound saver menu and left half the bun. but we dont want to just go to counter service places. we want some nicer food as well. but we our planning on cooking as well.

I had gastric bypass in 2003. When we went to the parks in 2007 we stayed away from the buffets and I just nibbled off everyone elses plate. I never had any problem. When I went back in 2009 with just my hubby, we shared an appetizer and would get an extra plate for me to have part of his entree. Again, no problem. Good luck and have fun!
