For this application I'd go with the buttery version: https://www.kingarthurflour.com/shop/items/soft-buttery-pretzel-mix Or start from scratch using this recipe: https://www.foodiewithfamily.com/ham-and-cheddar-stuffed-pretzels/ Substitute Swiss cheese for Cheddar and try using baked ham slices instead of boiled since the former has less water content.
