Lines, Shortages, No Gas?
Only lines I saw where on the highway . . .gas was actually cheaper at the highway Mobil (2.89 gallon). As far as I know there are no shortages

Our usual BP station here was at $2.79 this evening for regular and $2.99 for the premium. Unfortunately the regular and the middle gas were already gone when we got there. And, we managed to get about $11.00 out of two different pumps of the premium before they ran dry! Luckily, we were just topping off the tank from Monday.

You read that right, ninety-seven cents for regular leaded gasoline until 8:30 this morning. Police officer directing traffic and making sure every thing went smooth. Of course I hear about this on the phone as my GF calls me to tell me about it.

I guess we shouldn't be too worried about a fuel shortage if this station is giving it away.

Average Cost for Regular/Premium.
Regular unleaded at 8 p.m. last night was $2.96. This morning at 11 a.m. at the same place it was $3.06.

Lowest cost you've seen.
$2.96 was the cheapest I saw. It was at Hy-Vee, and if you bought groceries too, you saved an additional 3 cents per gallon.

Highest cost you've seen.
I saw $3.13 this afternoon about 5 miles away.

No shortages, but several stations out of regular gas and only selling premium

Lowest for us in Hampton, VA is $2.99. Highest I've seen $3.29, but I hardly take the car out now.

I'm not sure about running out of gas for some stations. One Exxon had the price of $2.69 yesterday with all the regular gas pumps tagged as Out of Service. Then yesterday evening all pumps had those Out of Service tags.

I drive by today and the price is way, way up. I don't think they refueled or anything.

"There were about 150 million gallons of gas in Florida ports Thursday ready for delivery and the state's residents and visitors generally use about 23 million gallons a day, Castille said.

In addition, 134 million more gallons are expected to be delivered in the next three days, she said."
