DH has a Garmin GPS, no problems right until two weeks before the warranty was up. Plug for car (he thought) quit working. He called the company who sent out a replacement, turned out to not be the problem. So they sent the other part to the plug, still not the problem. DH called them back and they had him try to download stuff and it would not download. By this time the warranty was over. They sent him a box with prepaid shipping for him to ship the unit back to them so they could check it out. Today he received a new unit.
