Garmin, great customer service :)

DH has a Garmin GPS, no problems right until two weeks before the warranty was up. Plug for car (he thought) quit working. He called the company who sent out a replacement, turned out to not be the problem. So they sent the other part to the plug, still not the problem. DH called them back and they had him try to download stuff and it would not download. By this time the warranty was over. They sent him a box with prepaid shipping for him to ship the unit back to them so they could check it out. Today he received a new unit.

Great customer service is still out there.

We also had a good experience with them a couple of years ago.

Also, off the top of my head, Dyson is good.

Not so good...Crocs. Will never buy another pair of Crocs.

I agree-- the voice on mine turned off and I couldn't get it back on. It was a simple fix, but I was an the phone with an American agent within 5 minutes. He was super helpful and friendly! Thanks Garmin!!

I'm glad you posted this for two reasons. First because it's always good to hear about positive experiences with customer service. Much of the time, people only mention the negatives. And second, I just bought a Garmin 3 weeks ago!
