Has anyone had items that need to be refridgerated delivered? If you were not in your room waiting did the resort keep the items cold?

Last year we had an assortment of items, room temp, fridge, and frozen. All items were kept at the right temps for us by bell services until we could arrive back at our room and call for them. CBR bell services rocks! Maggie

Last Sept we stayed at CSR. I had called beforehand because I was worried about the same issue (would our milk be sitting on the shelf waiting for us to pick it up and put it in a frig?) They told me not to worry that they do have refrigerators where they store our items. In addition, when we did go to the luggage storage area to pick up our grocery items, the garder grocer had delivered all of our refrigerated items in insulated cold bags. I was very pleased.

We were told that the bell services area has refrigerators and freezers that can be used. They said that people liked to bring them the refreezable packs in the evening and then pick them up the next morning for their trips to the parks.
