Garden View Tea Room Confirmation Says "special"???

I just booked a time for the Garden View Tea Room at the GF and on the confirmation page it says-

(4:35 pm, Special)

Could anyone tell me what the "special" means??? Im very confused

It isn't a breakfast, lunch or dinner. It's considered a "special event" meal.
