I've only had dinner there. It's Mickey in a Farmer costume, Pluto and Chip n Dale. Good interaction here, and one of the better meals of the character meals.

The Garden Grove has characters for dinner every night & for breakfast on weekends only. On Monday/Friday nights, the characters are Timon & Rafiki (this is the only meal on property w/these characters). On the remaining nights, the characters are Pluto & Goofy. Unfortunately, I'm not sure who appears on weekend mornings.
