After you've placed your order and received your confirmation, do you ever hear from them again before your order arrives? Do they send you some sort of email to let you know that, yes, they still know about your delivery date during the week prior to your visit?
 
I've used them several times and have never received anything else. They do call on the day that the groceries are delivered to let you know they are at the resort, but other than that, the confirmation email when I place the order is the only other communication I ever get.
 
I got a phone call a few days before the groceries were to be delivered. I remember them calling because we were having a blizzard, and I was thinking about my groceries being down there in better weather.

Didn't order liquor or anything not listed on the site, so I'm not sure why they called.
 
We use them all the time. On our travel day, they will call us and leave a voice mail to let us know that our groceries are at the resort and to check with bell services. We have never had a problem with them.
 

Thank you everyone! We are scheduled to receive our delivery this weekend and I was feeling a bit nervous after they changed their website and I could no longer find any history of my order there. I will make certain to bring a copy of my confirmation invoice with me, but I trust everything will be fine. :)
 
Everyone please check your order carefully. Since they switched to their new website, they have been having many problems. I have a couple of post already on this ongoing problem. They still have our order messed up. The cart and the quanity do not match up. They took two days to restore our favorites after they went to the new site and then the quanity was all wrong. I.E. we had 3 dozen eggs and five breads and after the restore, they had just one of each and some items were just missing. One reply stated they had his order right but his favorites were someones elses order..smjj

Ok, now I'm back to being concerned again. I called them yesterday to ask about this, and they said if I had a confirmation email then everything was fine. I emailed them last week to ask the same question and have yet to hear from them that way. I think I might try contacting them again.
 
Yay! They emailed me right away after I sent them a second email and included a copy of what they had. Everything is what it was supposed to be and I am now able to relax.:yay:

We also got a conformation e-mail. However, when we printed out the order, it was off from what we had ordered. The quanities on a few items were still off. I was just upset they moved to this new site with what appears to have been very little testing.. I called and talked to then the first two day at least three times and they kept promising us they would fix it and call us back. They have not called us back yet and the order is still not matching what we had in the basket...smjj
 
We placed our order prior to them going to their new website. We arrived on 9/30/10 and they notified us by text that our groceries had been delivered to bell services at BC. When bell services brought the groceries to our room, everything was there except for one bottle of rum. I called and they apologized for not letting me know but they already knew the item had not been delivered. They said it would be there later that day and it was. So, at least our grocery order was not messed up due to their changing their website. Hope that helps.
