I'm pretty sure I've read this somewhere, but can't find the thread now:sad2: We're having Garden Grocer deliver our groceries to ASMo on Sat. If they get there before us, the resort will keep them correct? - And they do have a cool place to store parishables right? We've already paid, if that makes a difference. TIA
 
If you have already paid for your items, they will leave them for you. Just call them and let them know you won't be there.:goodvibes
 
We stayed at Coronado Springs last year with my sis and her family. We ordered several things from Garden Grocer. It was a great experience for us. The arrived ME about 20 minutes before we got there as we drove. After we checked in we went to bell services and our things had not been delivered yet. We went to our rooms to get situated and within 15 minutes bell services delivered our items to us. Bell services did tell us when we got there that should they be delivered and we were at the park they would store the items appropriately..i.e. perishable items and leave a message for us on our phone. At which point we could have them delivered to us or picked up.

I would definitely use them again.

Yes, Bell Services will store the things for you. We just did this earlier this month.

I recommend that you print out the list of things you ordered and check the delivery carefully. We did not get our entire order. When we called Bell Services and GG, we found that two items were at the resort but had not been delivered (freezer items) and one thing had been forgotten by GG. GG brought it the next day.
 

I'm just about 10 days til my trip; is now a good time to place my GG order or should I wait a few more days?

They usually get booked 2 days prior to the actual date, so i would book 4-5days prior to your arrival, just to be sure.. i just placed an order today for my arrival on Monday, if that helps.

Hmmm... booked mine months ago, but got a phone call confimation yesterday. I guess I was a litte ahead of myself. I thought I read somewhere that if you want to be able to get a certain time, the earlier the better, but sounds like that just might be my obsessiveness with Disney:rotfl:
 
I placed my order and received an email confirmation. I was able to get my delivery date and times without a problem! Looks like they were way busy due to the holiday, there was a warning that they were out of delivery slots for this weekend.
 
We used GG last year. If I remember right, I asked for a delivery time a couple hours later than our flight so we could be there to accept the delivery. We got to the hotel, got settled and found ourselves waiting around for them. I was thinking I might request an earlier delivery time this year so it would be there when we got there. How do you determine your delivery time? Would I be inconveniencing the hotel to have it delivered early (knowing we wouldn't be there yet)?
 
Bell services will hold your order for you; they will also refrigerator or freeze any items as needed. You must pre-pay GG to do this.
