Just used GG for the first time on 10/17. Our order was promptly delivered and was stored in the bellhop room. A note with a $28 balance due was attached. I called and got that squared away with no hassles. After reading some of the gripes about GG, I would have to say we would definately use them again. I had no qualms or complaints!!

I also highly recommend Garden Grocer. Everything went perfectly! My only complaint is that we ordered way too much food.

How do they keep your cold stuff cold? Can you get beer/wine delivered?

The cold stuff was put in the fridge/freezer in the luggage hold room. It is locked and only accessible by staff. Yes, they will get alcohol for you. You need to add it to the comment section on your order. They will give you a total for those items when the order is delivered. I called a few days later and paid the $28 bill.

I really love GG too! I see that your question was answered already but yes, beer, wine, vodka, rum, etc and anything that you do not see on their website as well!

Have also used GG several times and have not had a problem. The last time was 10/13/07. I really appreciate not having to grocery shop on vacation! Thanks GG for doing the shopping for me!

We had grat service from them in August. To order beer/wine and such you need to fax a copy of your drivers license if you are not going to be at the resort to receive your delivery prior to your arrival.

Hmmmm....I did not have to fax a copy of my license nor was I there to accept the delivery.

We used GG in September - it was great to have snacks and water waiting for us at check-in!

What other grocery services are out there besides GG? Do they deliver wine or beer??

Yep, we were there 10/17-21. I am sure we saw eachother but were unaware of it!!!! Would have been nice to meet up, though!!
