Garden Grocer Question

I have a ? about delivery. I thought I had read that you choose a 2 hour time frame when they will deliver. Is that right? Will they call me and say they are in the lobby. I was hoping to be there so I didn't have to bother with guest services.

We gave them the 2 hour time frame - told them between 11 and 1, and they were there promptly at 11.

They brought the groceries right up to the room, and offered to stock the fridge with the cold stuff.

I was very happy with their service.

We used GG when we were there just 2 weeks ago, and it was a great experience. We selected the 2 hour window, they called me in the resort room to let me know they were on their way and find out if I would be there or if they should leave the stuff with the concierge, they delivered the groceries right to me in the room and stocked the cold stuff in the fridge. I would definitely recommend them.

ditto for us! They called when they were on their way to the hotel. Gave them the room # and brought up the goods to us! Convenient !

We used them this past january and they called while we were still at MCO airport. They left the items with bell services.

We were staying at the Boardwalk Villas and Bell services there has a cooler for the cold items.
