Garden Grocer question

Hi all! I am using garden grocer for the first time. our order was large enough that we weren't charged the delivery fee but I was wondering what people usually pay for the gratuity? Thanks so much!!!

I just used them for the first time on 8/11. Will definitely use them again when we are without a car. Our bill came to either $83 and change or $85 and change. I just gave him a $100 bill.

I used them 2 weeks ago and they delivered 6 hours late after several phone calls and were rude and unprofessional. I'll never use them again. I've previously used wegoshop.com and they were great.

I think you would be wise to wait until the groceries are delivered before you give the tip. We had a terrible experience, but we had pre paid the order including a $20 tip on the credit card.

Oh great we tipped ahead of time too, but using COD..now I'm worried our order will be messed up or delivery or something

I put the order in, got an email back with order# on, but we did add some other items not listed, would they not email me to let me know the total with these items, or will it be a surprise total at the resort?

I would use the 800 number and call and ask. I hope you have a good experience, so much depends on good grocery delivery!

We just used Garden Grocer about 1 month ago while at the WL. I cannot say enough good about this service and/or the folks that run it. We arrived early at our hotel but the gentleman kept in touch with us all day so we would know when to expect our items.

I absolutely totally recommend this service and plan to use them for all future trips. We tipped about $20 bucks because they were great...the order was exactly what we asked for (we added items that were not listed) and it saved me from dealing with unknown LBV grocery stores...lol I think our bill total was about $80 before tip.

I used GardenGrocer 8/14, and will definitely use them again.
Our bill was around $50.00- I don't remember the exact total- but we tipped $10.00.

I was worried before he got there. I chose COD, and I requested beer. I called them twice before the trip, and got no response at all.

They arrived on time, at the time I requested... called first to let us know they were coming. The delivery person was Adam. He was wonderful. He went through all items with us to make sure everything was okay, showed us the original bill and the bill with the beer added, and told us to call if we needed any additional items- no service fee for add-ons.

Adam was great- I highly recommend GardenGrocer now.

We just used Garden Grocer for the first time on 8/20 and 3 times after that and we thought they were just great. Also had add ons for beer - we were called to see if we wanted bottles or cans. LOL We requested delivery between 1 pm and 3 pm - but our room wasn't ready - so we went to the parks - and Adam left the groceries with bell services. No problems. Would highly recommend them.

We tipped about 20% of the total order.
