Has anyone ever used this service? Can you give them a specific time to deliver? We're arriving around 6pm and I don't want the milk delivered at 9 am am getting warm, etc.

Anyone that has any advice or experience with this service please help.

We used them last year and will use them this year. If they deliver to your resort and you aren't in your room, bell services will store your perishables in a refrigerator until you get back. Not sure where you're staying, but if you are staying in a resort that doesn't have a refrigerator in the room, you can buy a styrofoam cooler from Gardengrocer and fill it with ice to keep your stuff cold without having to pay for a refrigerator.

I haven't used them yet, but I hope this helps. I at one point was looking for info on them as well. Go to the search option and put in Garden Grocer. It will give you a ton of links to threads with info. It really answered all my questions.

We just used Gardengrocer.com last week after I read several threads on this board recommending them. I read 100% positive feedback on this board. You can do a search and read all the threads here. Anyway, my experience was perfect. You pick a 2-hour window for delivery. They called our cell phone when they were about 5 minutes away from our resort just to see if we'd be there for the delivery or if they'd leave our stuff with bell services. We had ordered beer and they gave us a phone number to call and give our credit card info to pay for it. It was very slick and easy, great service, all our items were exactly as we ordered. We'll be using them for every trip from now on.

We used them in December-100% sastified! They were great-everything was perfect. And this was during busy Christmas week.

It's Garden Grocer (not Green Grocer as someone posted). Anyway, we used them last year and were pleased. We're using them again.

When you place the order, you can choose a range of times for delivery. If you want them to leave the food with bell services (where your perishables will be kept cold), you can note that when you place your order.

They brought ours to the room. They'll call your cell phone first to make sure you're there, and then bring the food up, again within the timeframe. Our flight was late, and the guy called us a couple of times to arrange delivery. He brought the food about 20 minutes after we arrived.

It's a great service and reasonable prices, too.

Thanks for the responses. We are going to use them as well. We are the CBR, so we should be ok on perishable goods.
