GG has what I call a "hard turnover" from breakfast to lunch/dinner. They wait until all breakfast people have been served and are leaving or almost leaving before they start seating for lunch. They are rarely running behind, so you should be seated close to your ADR and be served breakfast.

In September we had a 1030a seating and it took them about 15 minutes to seat us. We still had breakfast offerings and were not rushed in any way.
