My DD14 dose not like the looks of the menu but wants to go there. Would they bring out a kids skillet even though we are all on the the adult DDP?

TIA!

I can't say for sure about this particular request, but CMs in our experience including at GG have been very flexible about that sort of thing in general.

The famous "skillet" you're referring to, would that be the skillet at the Whispering Canyon Cafe?

The Garden Grille brings out chicken fingers, fries and mac & cheese as part of the family-style meal, we didn't have to ask for it for our kids.

The meal is all you care to enjoy. My boys just had to dine there twice on our last visit. On our second visit, we asked for more steak served well-done, no catfish and two bowls of salad. The server couldn't have been more helpful.

I've never heard of an alternate kid's menu, that's not to say they don't have one.

I'd call WDW-DINE and ask for the dietary phone number to the Garden Grille and speak with them directly.

Im not asking for an alternate kids menu. I am if asking they would bring out the kids food for my family even though we do not have kids under the age of 9.

From what I understand, if you just ask the server to bring the chicken fingers, mac n cheese etc. that is normally served to the kids, they will, even though you don't have kids under the age of 10. Usually, if they have it in their kitchen, most restaurants at WDW are more than willing to be accommodating.

I have seen the servers bring this to a table of all adults - I am pretty sure there will be no problem with that -
we have asked for the kids dessert at the Garden grill w/ no probem (and we were a table of 4 adults all over 35 :))

We (me, DD18, DS12) ate dinner at GG last fall. Our server did not offer kids selections, but the server next to our table did. We had the mac & cheese, which none of us liked. The rest of the meal was good, especially the flank steak, cranberry orange relish (cranberry sauce with orange segments)& salad. We had an amazingly fun time too!

It's part of the menu and will be brought out regardless if children are present or not.

They need to edit the menus, they are not always accurate.
