Yes, since you are right above Soarin, you will be able to head right down after you are done, which would probably be around 9, which is a big advantage, since others are waiting with crowd of people for RD to rush their way to the Land building, go downstairs, and get in line. Arrive as early as possible, and hopefully get seated right away, as it is opening time, so no back-ups yet. When you order, ask to pay the check or scan your bands right away, so you are ready when you are finished eating to save time. If for some reason a character has not gotten to your table, mention it to your server to see if you can see them before you need to leave. That is usually the biggest hold-up at character meals, which you may or may not care about as part of your experience. You can simply walk down after you are done, no fighting through crowds, and you should be in the beginning of the line with a short wait. This gives you a quick wait for Soarin, then you can save your Tier 1 FP for TT or FEA. You could also then head next door to the Seas to do Nemo and Turtle Talk while most people are still doing there first big ride, or check TT wait times to see if it's worth running over there if using your FP for FEA. We are hoping to do this next trip, to try Garden Grill for brft, and do Soarin 1st thing.
