Has anyone been to Garden Grill lately? I see lots of post about the breakfast, but nothing about lunch or dinner. We’ve eaten dinner there many years ago and it was just ok, but the character interaction was amazing!! Also, any pictures or video from Garden Grill? Thanks!!

I haven't been this year, but did in October 2022 for lunch. It was fabulous. They were still serving the steak with chimichuri, and they can jsut keep bringing that becuase it is delicious! Garden Grill has a good reputation and I wouldn't hesitate to go there.

We were there last month for lunch. It was delicious and the characters were great. We were there for 1 full rotation exactly and saw the characters 3 times each.

We were there for lunch one week ago! the characters are great, and you do see them more than once on a normal meal. The food is what we would call consistent. Not really good, but not really bad either. Just an average meal. The interactions are the only reason we really go here at all. Beach Club breakfast, and GG lunch covers all the important Disney characters without having to go near Chef Mickey's.

Any other GG breakfast vs dinner recommendations? I have a breakfast that I don't want to give up since it seems hard to get. It would work better to have dinner instead.

Is breakfast really that good? Seems basic and the characters the same as dinner.

We haven't been there since pre-Covid, but I'm sure it's probably the same quality. The food at breakfast was fine but nothing special.

I love the dinner there. It’s one of my favorite character dining. The food is delicious and we always end up very stuffed.

We have GG booked for lunch in November. We have not been to WDW in 6 years but GG is/was at the top of our list as a must do. IMO, it's one of the most underrated experiences at WDW. Tons of character interaction, food has always been scrumptious, location is fantastic, and again, tons of character interaction. =

I really think it depends on the person. We prefer breakfast because my kids are the pickiest eaters and even the lunch/dinner menu was a hard sell for them. But I can get them to eat all the breakfast food. And I don't like buffets because it means getting up and down 8 million times for the kids so I prefer family style or plated character meals.

But I really want them to bring back the cinnamon roll.

I liked breakfast better. The cheesy potatoes, Mickey waffle, bacon, eggs, there’s steak with watermelon and pull apart cinnamon loaf.

The dinner is okay. I preferred it when they had turkey instead of the bbq chicken they have now.

Plus breakfast is slightly cheaper.
