How is the lunch at the Garden Grill.I want to do a meal with the Mickey or anyone. What do you get for lunch. Would you do dinner for a few bucks more. We do not have kids it is just 6 adults. I really Iam not looking at doing breakfast because we are staying at a home away from home.

Its a nice place with good food. Enjoyable dinning experience in the resturant. I wouldnt say the food is the best, but its good. I like it for its atmoshphere more than any thing else.

My husband and I had lunch at the Garden Grill last year and we really enjoyed it. I would give it a B+. It is a nice relaxing place to have lunch and we are planning on doing it again in August.:D

We had lunch there as well and found it to be very good, plus they give you all that want so you will get full. The veggies that you get there are actually grown at WDW...kinda cool.

We ate there again in March after a 7 year hiatus and we enjoyed it. I agree that the food is good, not great. But we had a wonderful time with the characters and it's a nice, unique place.

It's a great dinner! I'd recommend doing the dinner. Very relaxing, great food and great interaction with the characters. I love the change of scenery on the rotating floor.

We had lunch there on Memorial Day this year and we all loved it. Our favorite part was the revolving floor. It rotates very slowly throughout your meal and you get a view of the different scenes from "The Land" boat ride. We also loved the privacy factor; the way the booths are arranged, we could not even see any of the other diners so it was like having the place to ourselves! The characters came by two or three times and were very relaxed and playful; not at all like our experience at Donald's! We enjoyed all of the food, which included fried catfish, grilled sliced steak, rottiserie chicken, mashed potatoes & gravy, stuffing, steamed fresh vegies, and they also brought us the kids selections of chicken strips and mac and cheese. Dessert was cherry cobbler with vanilla ice cream. We loved it all. Of course, we couldn't eat it all, but we sure tried!
No complaints here; I'd go back there in a minute!

The food, while nothing fancy, tastes great and the character interaction is great. Its a must do for us as it was our first character meal ever at Disney and holds a special place for us.

I can't speak of the lunch, but we've done dinner there 3 x and have not been disappointed. I know some people don't care for the food, but we've always enjoyed it. The character interaction has always been great, and never disappointed w/ the service. On our next trip I think everyone will be disappointed when we don't return there, but I'd like to try somewhere different::yes::

I think the menu is the same for lunch and dinner, with only a couple dollars difference in the price. How about a late lunch, then a snack later in the evening?

We often eat at the Garden Grill. Walking up the hill to the back area is not something us old and decrepit people do lightly but we enjoy the garden tour and used to love Food Rocks so it was worth it.

The food is nice, not fantastic. I love the revolving theme and being able to see different parts of the Garden Tour while eating. The characters can be a bit overwhelming if you are not really into them though. Sometimes they stop and say hi and move on to where the children are waiting but it can be a bit hard to eat with them dropping in over and over again. JMO

When we last ate there we were disappointed in the bread that was offered. The previous time the bread had been so good that I went off my low carb ways. Was easy to stay on plan this time though. The server told us that they occasionally change items so we might look before we leap next time.

It is a nice relaxing meal at a more reasonable price than some places. We are planning to have a dinner there next trip.

I cant remember a trip to WDW including EPCOT without this meal. We may have to this next time though. I must try more of the world showcase food, and dine in Marrakesh again. (it was maybe my fave non-character meal ever) The only thing is, though, I must convince DH not to order any lamb before we go. DD12) would be really upset. She cant stand the thought of something so cute being food:(

We went last year for my birthday for lunch and had a great time. It's quieter than other character meals plus we love the revolving theme. Character interaction was awesome; they stopped by our table at least twice. When they found out it was my birthday, they brought me a cake and all characters were there while everyone in my table sang Happy Birthday. Mickey was hilarious and even fed me the first piece of cake! It was unforgettable and we are definitely going for my bday again this year!

It is one of my favorite places and a must do for me. I love the food and the atmosphere. Have only done this meal with adults only, but hopefully this December I will get the chance to bring a kid along.
