garden grill comments

Hi Guys we are thinking about a ps at the garden grill for lunch how was the food and character interaction? We are also thinking about chef mickey's for lunch but it gets such mixed reviews I am unsure if we want to go there. Any thoughts are appreciated

We stopped in after riding Soarin' and I would not do it again. It was expensive and the food was not very good quality. The up side was that it was so empty that there was plenty of Character interaction. In fact Chip and Dale visited us so much that it became annoying. And I like Chip and Dale. The food was horrible, DH had the beef and it was fatty and grisly. I had the pasta and it was very close to frozen dinner quality. The service was ok but our server had an odd energy about her, she seemed to think that she was serving at a 5 star restaurant in France. She had a very fancy pants attitude about her, it felt like she was skeptical as to whether or not we would be able to afford the meal and that we may just dine and ditch. Which would be difficult in a rotating restaurant. At any rate there was bad ju ju there and we won't go back. I'd rather eat at the electric umbrella even though it's counter service.

We have not been to Garden Grill since it has been redone, but after seeing the menu, we have decided not to go this year. We love Chef Mickey's, but, they are not open for lunch. They are breakfast and dinner only.
