Since the character interactions are back has Garden Grill returned to seating in both levels? Are the characters coming up to individual tables instead of coming up behind you?

I looked and its pretty much sliced turkey that looks like something from a TV dinner? Is there other options for the protein or an actual turkey breast that you are served?
