Garden Grill: Can you order a salad at LUNCH?

I have an ADR for lunch at the Garden Grill in a couple of weeks. I'd love to be able to have a salad, but I know it's not included with lunch, only for dinner.

Does anyone know if I can order a side salad and pay extra for it? Is salad even available during the day? Have any of you tried to order a salad with lunch??

The last time I ate at Garden Grill (right after menu change had changed back most of the entree items and had dessert sampler), there was a salad add-on available at lunch for a surcharge. I *think* the surcharge conveniently brought the total to the dinner price, but I'm not sure on that.
