My 180 is coming up and I was hoping to make a PPO ADR at Garden Grill as older DS loves Chip and Dale and DH loves the Living with the Land ride, and we would all love early access to Soarin'. However, DH is on a healthy diet and avoids carbs and high cholesterol foods. If I request in advance, could they make him something healthy, like an egg white omelette? Seems weird that a restaurant called Garden Grill wouldn't have healthy options, but I get that family-style breakfast places just put out a bunch of the most efficient to make food.

It depends. You can try but if they don't have actually eggs or pans in the kitchen for breakfast use then it isn't going to happen. Since scrambled eggs is what is offered it is possible they use the cracked bagged eggs that they can't separate to make an egg white omelet.

Also healthy is subjective. Some people include full eggs as apart of their healthy diet and some do not.

Absolutely, I eat full eggs, so does my son. We also eat carbs. But I don't want to drag DH to an early meal if there is nothing there he will eat. Maybe will just try to RD Soarin and get a lunch at GG instead when there are veggies and lean proteins included.
