I am so glad they finally came through!! I do know that Gamecube has fewer problems than X-box or Playstation 2, so it sounds like you just had bad luck!
at Nintendo handled this. She also told me that they did indeed have a record of my call after we received the second defective cube and did not know why someone did not call me then.
But that is all water under the bridge because she really came though. And has restored my confidence in N CS.
