One of my friends told me that my son will not be able to bring his Gameboy on the plane when we travel to Florida. Does anyone know if thats correct ? OH THE HORROR if he won't be able to take it...it'll be a LOOOOONG 3 1/2 hrs for us !! LOL

We just flew last month on Song (Delta) and gameboys were just fine - DS9 played his most of the flight..

I just flew a few days ago and was able to play freecell. My son flew last month and played his gameboy. The only time the games have to be turned off is during takeoff and landing.

Last time I flew, last August, GameBoys were fine. Though they did have to be turned off during take-off and landing, along with all other electronic devices.

As long as you don't use them until you have reached 10,000ft, and you turn them off when you land, they are permitted on every airline.::MickeyMo

gameboys are just fine and the passengers sitting near you will thank you for bringing it along. :p

He will have to turn it off during take off and landing.

like others have said - the gameboys are fine.

I bought my kids earphones at the dollar store so they could even have the sound on.

I have the new classic Zelda game. I'm on the last dungeon.:D

I work for an airline. Yes you can bring a gameboy on an airplane. But only if you share and let me play too. :teeth:
