I have annoyed plenty of people while playing that drum in EPCOT for 20 minutes at a time with my kids

It's not in a "country" per say but more like at a quick service food spot with a gift shop there. I'm not sure if it's just called the "Outpost" or "African Outpost."

If I remember correctly, there were talks of building an African "country" for a while way back when, but after Animal Kingdom was created they dropped the idea for budget reasons.

Don't take all that as fact, I haven't finished my 1st cup of coffee this morning and I'm writting off the top of my head.
