I have emailed the tech support many many times about the arrows don't work for the games. We have switched out keyboards, and that didn't help. I send them all the information they want, then get a email back saying well we answered your problem so we will close this email. They never did anything!!! I like the game and my kids do too, but getting 100 credits sometimes 200 if we log on early enough, we go back at night to get more. I asked them why they can't put the game play on the number pad, because everyones number lock works, never a response. Does anyone else have this problem?

Yea I did to but then I went to the VMK players guide made my Malificent2 and it lets u play full screen version there. Then after it logs in just press F11 and then get rid of the bar on top and it will be as good as new. This happened to me a little while ago.
